About the job
- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Workcentral.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
- This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales in or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
