Program Manager

BNI is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the implementation of our initiatives and drive our mission to empower young people, strengthen communities, and advocate for positive youth development and social justice.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop timelines, budget, teams, and plans for given projects, ensuring high-quality work is produced.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program, ensuring timely mitigation of issues.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between relevant teams, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 3+ years of experience in program management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in grant writing, research, data management, and impact measurement.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
