JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceICAN certification (In view) is required1-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in accounting software and MS ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and accuracy

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records for the factory operationsMonitor and analyze the financial performance of the factoryPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsAssist in budgeting and forecasting for the factoryConduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost savingsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulationsCollaborate with other departments to support financial decision-makingAssist in inventory management and controlPerform other accounting duties as assigned
