JOB SUMMARY
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.2 - 3 years relevant work experience.Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.Females are encouraged to apply for gender equality
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for property sales.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and generate leads.Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.Analyze sales data and generate reports to assess performance and refine strategies.Organize and manage promotional events, open houses, and property viewings.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful execution of events.Assist in the development and enhancement of the company's brand identity.Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand guidelines.
