Translating customers' repair problems into standard repair terminologyExplaining repairs to customers
Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs
Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs
Handling customer complaints
Carrying out diagnosis and interpretation diagnostic reports to customers

Requirements:

A minimum of OND/HND/BSc
2 years experience of working experience in a similar roleThe Ideal candidate should reside in Aba in Abia state
