Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Manage appointments, reservations, and schedule viewings for potential residents.
  • Perform light cleaning duties in resident apartments as needed.
  • Ensure trash and recycling are collected and disposed of properly.

Qualifications

  • HND or equivalent.
  • Must be Tech savvy
  • 2 Years proven experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
