JOB SUMMARY
Minimum 2 years relevant baking experience in high volume multi-menu food operationCulinary degree, OND or equivalent qualificationWorking knowledge of food safety service and procedureBasic communication skillsFluent English, written and spoken
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation and arrangement of materials to be used for meal preparation before work beginsPrepare the baked meals for airlines using the menu specifications provided and communicated safety guidelinesPreparation of all baked items within set deadlines to avoid delayFollow good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperatureOperate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioningPerform other duties as assigned by the Chef -in- Charge and Executive ChefKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Customer Satisfaction.Compliance with Chefs recipes process and specified menusTimely preparation of mealsCompliance with the internal guidelines, policies and strategies.Compliance with HACCP rules.Develop and implement job rotation planSuccession Planning
