Join our team as a Medical Sales Representative and play a key role in promoting our brands to medical establishments, healthcare professionals, and pharmaceutical professionals.

Job Summary
  • Responsibilities include promoting, detailing, and marketing our brands to relevant medical establishments and healthcare professionals to generate demand and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure the availability of our brands at key trade channel partners, distributors, wholesalers, and retail pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and collection targets through trade and institutional segments.
  • Generate demand by visiting and meeting healthcare professionals, detailing and presenting brands to institutional customers.
  • Execute marketing and brand promotional activities, as well as sales and trade promotional activities.
  • Enhance brand visibility and shelf availability at each outlet.
  • Organize and conduct Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and brand/product presentations to medical and para-medical professionals.
  • Build and manage key customer accounts on both trade channel and institutional segments.
  • Update and maintain customer records, including prescribers and competitors.
  • Market intelligence and competitive activity updates.
  • Provide daily and periodic feedback and reporting as per company norms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm/D. Pharm) or Medical Science (Pharmacology, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Human Anatomy).
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated individual with good oral and written communication skills and strong persuasion skills.
  • 0-3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
  • Strong persuasive and relationship-building skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, task and target-oriented individual.
