RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Operator to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality furniture components.This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for woodworking and furniture construction.DutiesDevelop and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to create detailed, accurate designs for furniture components.Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines including routers, mills, and lathes to produce parts as per specifications.Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machine settings, tool requirements, and production methods.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.Identify and suggest improvements to processes, workflows, and machine operations to increase efficiency and product quality.Work closely with designers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
