Job Title: Creative Director
Location: Victoria Island

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Creative Director to develop engaging digital content for our entertainment brand. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of storytelling, script writing, social media trends and multimedia production. This role involves creating eye-catching visuals, someone who is Emotionally intelligent, a good script writer, creative minded, and can produce high quality strategies.

Responsibilities
• Develop and produce high-quality strategies
• Stay ahead of entertainment trends and emerging technologies to push creative boundaries
• Oversee creative assets for social media, digital advertising and interactive experiences
• Write engaging captions, descriptions and scripts that align with the brand’s voice and audience
• Plan and execute content strategies to drive audience growth and engagement
• Work closely with marketing, production, and PR teams to align strategies with campaign goals.
• Ensure all initiatives adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a strong visual identity
• Use analytics tools (Instagram insights, tiktok analytics, youtube studio, etc.)
• Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Film or any related field (preferred, but not required)
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital media, or social media marketing
• Excellent storytelling, branding, and visual communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for entertainment, pop culture, and audience engagement
• Understanding of influencer marketing and audience engagement strategies
