Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits and cycle counts and ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Training and Development: Train new employees and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and support for professional growth.
Communication: Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and management, facilitating effective communication and information flow.


Qualifications
5+ proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
Minimum of First degree/HND
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software, as well as proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel).
