Preform Machine Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Preform Machine Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of Milacron machines in our manufacturing facility located on Ibadan Expressway, near Shagamu/Ogere.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of machine operators to ensure efficient production and meet quality standards.
2. Operate and maintain Milacron machines, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.
3. Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
4. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
5. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
6. Provide training and guidance to machine operators to improve performance and efficiency.
7. Collaborate with maintenance personnel to schedule and perform routine maintenance on machines.
8. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising machine operators and operating Milacron machines.
2. Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machine maintenance.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
5. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
