About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Governess to join our organization (school). The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of school curriculums, and expertise in managing calendar schedules and time effectively. This role is suited for someone who is passionate about child development and education while ensuring a structured and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support children's academic progress, including homework assistance, project supervision, and exam preparation.

• Develop and implement effective time management strategies for children's daily activities, balancing schoolwork, extracurriculars, and leisure time.

• Manage the family's calendar, ensuring school schedules, appointments, and important dates are accurately organized and communicated.

• Collaborate with parents and teachers to align on academic goals, monitor progress, and address any challenges.

• Create and maintain a structured daily routine that fosters discipline, focus, and productivity.

• Organize and accompany children to extracurricular activities and educational outings.

• Encourage a positive learning environment while promoting good manners, discipline, and social skills.

• Provide personalized academic support based on each child's strengths and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Governess, Teacher, or Private Tutor.

• Strong understanding of school curriculums and educational methods.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules.

• A degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
