In this role, you'll craft interiors that combine innovation, functionality, and sustainability. From concept to completion, you'll be the creative force ensuring every space tells a story and serves its purpose beautifully.
Who are we searching for?
You're an experienced professional with at least 6 years of experience in interior design and architecture.
You're a creative thinker who can develop designs that are both functional and aesthetically striking.
You're highly skilled with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
You're organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
You're adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments and managing shifting priorities with ease.
Responsibilities
Design & Conceptualization
You will create designs that align with client needs and global trends, producing mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
You will ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements and sustainability principles.
Technical Drafting & Documentation
You will prepare detailed drawings, plans, and workshop cutlists using industry-standard software.
You will coordinate designs with consultants to ensure seamless integration of all project components.
Project Management
You will create and manage project schedules, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
You will monitor risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
On-Site Supervision & Quality Assurance
You will oversee construction and installation phases, ensuring alignment with approved designs.
You will evaluate materials and workmanship, proposing alternatives as needed.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
You will work closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to optimize workflows and ensure satisfaction.
You will actively contribute to team brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
To be considered, you should have….
A bachelor's degree in Architecture; a master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability principles, and construction methods.
