Assist medical officers and specialists in preparing patients for medical procedures such as minor surgeries, and diagnostic tests and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
Responsible for administering medications as prescribed, ensuring proper dosage and compliance with treatment regimens and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
Closely monitor patients\' progress and document their observations, treatments, and any changes in health status for accurate record-keeping.
Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote overall well-being
Engage in telephone triage, providing advice and guidance to patients who seek medical assistance over the phone.
Perform wound care, including cleaning and dressing changes, for patients with injuries or surgical wounds.
Ensuring the functionality of ward and associated facilities daily
Ensuring documentation of post-operative note
Providing emotional support to patients and relatives.
Maintain strict patient confidentiality To undertake ward rounds, make an entry in the patient's notes as appropriate or any other patient examinations, communication or procedures.
Adhere strictly to CAREONE\'s ethical standards, medical protocols, SOPs, and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Other duties as assigned by MD Clinical and Administration, Medical Director or Board of Directors
