Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Bakery Marketer.
As a Bakery Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our bakery products and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
A good background and have experience working with a bakery, creating awareness and getting patronage.
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team, identifying areas of improvement and recommending strategies for growth.
Coordinate with external agencies or contractors to execute marketing campaigns and maximize reach.
Participate in community events, food fairs, and industry exhibitions to promote our bakery products and establish strategic partnerships.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
Keep a record of all sales carried out from the field; get feedback about the product from the field; issue receipts to customers.
Completes sales reports for all segments at the end of each month and disseminates them to the appropriate management personnel.
Manages and processes the proper paperwork in registering a new distributor/ local vendor.
Take primary responsibility for growing the company’s corporate sales business, including the effective recruitment of new corporate customers; stores, supermarkets, and distribution outlets.
Identify customers to contact with targeted and bespoke marketing initiatives to; win back former customers and entice customers whom the organization is currently missing out on.
