HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, to enhance our organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- **Recruitment and Staffing:**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

- **Employee Relations:**
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and performance management discussions.

- **Training and Development:**
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.

- **Compliance and Policies:**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- **HR Administration:**
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
