Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes and help development teams deliver high-quality products efficiently. The role involves leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and promoting collaboration within the team. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, coaching teams in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Skills Requirements:
1. Strong Knowledge of Scrum Agile frameworks
2. Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies (daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
4. Problem solving and conflic resolution abilities
5. Cerification (CSM or PSM) is an added advantage
