Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and meet logistical requirements.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on the assigned motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition and follows all safety regulations.
Proof of Delivery: Collect signatures from recipients and obtain cash payments for items upon delivery, as required.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatchers and clients, providing updates on delivery status or issues.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of deliveries, including items received, delivered, and any discrepancies, often by updating a logbook.
Customer Service: Interact with customers in a respectful manner and answer any inquiries related to their deliveries.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
