JOB DESCRIPTION
-Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the public image of the project and ensure positive media coverage.
-Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers to secure favorable press coverage.
-Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
-Manage crisis communication and address any public relations issues that arise.
-Design and execute publicity campaigns to generate buzz and increase visibility for the project.
-Coordinate press events, interviews, and media appearances to promote the project effectively.
-Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing regular reports and insights on publicity efforts.
-Develop creative strategies to engage the target audience and increase media interest.
-Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the project across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
-Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging marketing content, including advertisements, promotional materials, and social media posts.
-Analyse marketing metrics and audience insights to refine strategies and optimize campaign performance.
-Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
-Oversee the administrative aspects of the project, ensuring smooth operations and coordination across teams.
-Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met.
-Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support project activities and objectives.
-Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
-Track and report on the effectiveness of PR, publicity, and marketing activities, using metrics and feedback to assess impact and make improvements.
-Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status, achievements, and areas for development.
-Ensure all PR, publicity, and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
-Stay updated on trends and innovations in PR, marketing, and project administration to incorporate best practices into the project.
