Revenue and Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Revenue and Partnership Manager to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships. This role will focus on monetization strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships that align with FriendnPal’s mission to create a healthier and happier society.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute revenue strategies through partnerships, sponsorships, and innovative monetization models.
Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, including B2B, B2C, and subscription models.
Partnership Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, wellness platforms, and influencers.
Identify and negotiate strategic collaborations that expand FriendnPal’s reach and impact.
Contract & Deal Management
Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with partners to ensure mutual growth.
Manage partnership pipelines and maintain accurate records of deals and opportunities.
Market & Competitor Research
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine revenue strategies.
Identify innovative partnership models within the mental health and wellness space.
Performance Tracking
Define KPIs for revenue and partnership success.
Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership on revenue performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure partnership strategies align with company objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in revenue management, business development, or partnership roles (preferably in wellness, tech, or mental health industries).
Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of securing and managing partnerships.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify and execute innovative revenue strategies.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and ROI analysis.
Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with mental health, wellness, or tech platforms is a plus.
