Job Description (Summary):
The Product Manager (Talent Platform) will lead end-to-end platform integrations, from discovery to launch, ensuring a seamless experience for talents and customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products aligned with Blakskill's vision and strategy. Your role will also involve developing pricing strategies, driving product launches, and acting as a product evangelist to foster awareness and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of the talent experience, identifying product gaps and generating new ideas to enhance growth and market share.

• Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with external partners.

• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

• Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver quick, resource-efficient solutions.

• Drive product launches in partnership with the Partnerships & Communications team, executives, and other stakeholders.

• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product strategies and effective communication.

• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the talent platform.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in consumer-facing digital products.

• Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.

• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and present recommendations to executive management.

• Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to dive into details to achieve results.

• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a startup environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
