Backend Development & Architecture
• Develop and implement server-side applications using .Net Core, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Design and manage relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) to ensure performance and data security.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend components.
Cloud & DevOps Implementation
• Implement cloud-based solutions using platforms like AWS or Azure to enhance scalability and performance.
• Support Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) workflows to optimize development cycles.
Security & Compliance
• Adhere to secure coding practices to ensure backend systems comply with industry standards.
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement security best practices and participate in audits.
Collaboration & Communication
• Work with product managers, designers, and senior developers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide input to improve backend systems.
Problem-Solving & Innovation
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues to maintain system reliability.
• Explore and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance development processes.
 
Required Qualifications & Experience
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or other relevant discipline
• 3–5 years as a Backend Engineer, with hands-on experience in .Net Core and related technologies
• Relevant experience in the banking sector
• Familiarity with development frameworks (e.g., Angular, Spring)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and secure coding practices
