Role Overview
We are hiring a Managing Director to oversee daily operations, lead all departments, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision. The Managing Director will report directly to the President and act as the main link between leadership and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction across all departments.
Supervise team members, set priorities, and ensure accountability.
Oversee marketing, operations, and strategic initiatives.
Implement systems to track deliverables and project execution.
Drive growth through planning, innovation, and performance management.
Report company progress and performance directly to the President.

Qualifications
Proven experience in senior management or leadership roles.
Strong business and operational management skills.
Excellent communication and team leadership ability.
Integrity and alignment with Christian values.

Compensation
Monthly salary: ₦250,000
Performance reviewed every six (6) months with potential incentives.
