We are seeking a creative and passionate Web3 Graphic Designer to join our team. As part of an innovative, decentralized environment, you'll work on designs that resonate within the Web3 and blockchain space. You will be responsible for developing visuals that communicate complex concepts in a way that is clear, engaging, and aligned with our brand.

Responsibilities:
Design and produce a variety of digital assets for Web3 projects, including graphics, and community events.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, marketing, and community management to create engaging visuals for social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.

Understand and apply the unique visual language of blockchain and crypto, staying true to our brand’s voice while appealing to a forward-thinking audience.

Ensure consistency and quality across all assets, upholding brand integrity while exploring creative ways to differentiate within the Web3 space.

Keep up with design and technology trends within Web3, socialFi, EduFi ecosystems to help position our brand at the forefront of the industry.

Present creative concepts and designs to team members and incorporate feedback to refine and optimize designs.

Requirements:

Experience in Graphic Design, web3 design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within Web3, crypto, or blockchain-based projects, with a portfolio showcasing designs, or other relevant work.

Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Canva.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, EduFi, SocialFi, and other Web3 concepts, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visual form.

Experience designing for a tech-savvy, decentralized community and familiarity with platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Reddit.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely and work independently.

Attention to detail and an innovative approach to visual storytelling within emerging tech.
