Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Coordinate with housekeeping and reservations team to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest complaints and escalate issues where necessary.
Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.
Requirements
Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
1–2 years’ experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles (hospitality experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in MS Office and booking systems.
Presentable and professional appearance.
