• Generate ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Identify potential partnerships.

• Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programmes.

• Manage and evaluate the e-commerce operations and processes.

• Manage and measure the performance of vendors of the platform.

• Manage customer loyalty programmes; coupons, vouchers etc

• Manage the implementation of new technologies.

• Manage the sales, promotions, marketing and social media contents and campaigns over digital platforms.

• Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.

• Monitor and evaluate data analytics tools

• Promote service innovation.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business operations, Marketing Management, Business Information Systems, or related field.

• Similar experience with an eCommerce business in Nigeria

• Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to online retailing.

• Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.

• Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability and e-market trends.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and others.

• Expert written and verbal communication

• A strong grasp of modern technology and social media is essential

• An expert understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization, and e-marketing strategy will be key to fulfilling the many functions of the job.

• Ability to change strategies and rethink conventional wisdom at any time.

• A high level of professionalism

• Testing and Quality assurance skill

• Have hands-on experience with eCommerce site and operations.
