Assistant Technician

- Maintains tools in good working condition, ensures proper functionality, and makes sure they are being used correctly and safely.
- Assists in spare parts installation and replacement in line with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Supports the maintenance of equipment (Generators, Vehicles, Electrical Components, etc.) as per schedule and arising needs; provides input by reporting potential issues that may not be scheduled; and completes site maintenance reports on work done, including generator status, to prevent avoidable breakdowns.
- Operates company vehicles responsibly for official assignments, ensures adherence to traffic and safety regulations, and supports basic vehicle maintenance. Reports faults or damages promptly to avoid operational disruptions.
- Assists in transporting goods, items, equipment, and tools to operational sites to support team effectiveness.
- Assists in identifying and reporting any misuse, counterfeit spare parts, unauthorized maintenance, or abuse of generators, vehicles, or installed peripherals.
-Ensures maintained equipment and work areas are left clean, safe, and organized both periodically and after tasks are completed.
- Listens to customers’ inquiries and takes into account their needs, suggestions, or complaints; transfers relevant notes to the MUS for appropriate response and processing.
- Preserves and maintains equipment, tools, and maintenance vehicles in custody; ensures cleanliness and functionality; and directly reports loss or damage by completing necessary forms to prevent errors or lapses.
