Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Officer with 2 to 3 years of experience, a strong background in NAFAC compliance, and a solid understanding of ISO standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our operations adhere to relevant regulations, maintain compliance with industry standards, and support the company's regulatory strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with NAFAC, ISO standards, and other relevant regulatory bodies governing the company's activities.

• Prepare, maintain, and review regulatory documentation including reports, permits, and submissions to regulatory authorities.

• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes affecting the industry and ensure timely implementation of any required changes within the organization.

• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure regulatory requirements and ISO standards are being met, and report findings.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Quality, R&D) to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained across all aspects of the business.

• Provide guidance and training to team members and departments on regulatory requirements and best practices for NAFAC and ISO compliance.

• Identify potential regulatory risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a regulatory role, specifically with NAFAC and ISO background.

• Strong knowledge of NAFAC regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.

• Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems and databases.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and regulatory compliance software tools.
