Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is pleasant and memorable.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
Provide information about the hotel, available services, and local attractions
Make dining and entertainment reservations
Arrange transportation and other services as requested by guests
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND)
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Knowledge of local attractions and services
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
