Renumeration: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000

Job Summary:
The Waitress is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage services to guests. You will take orders, serve dishes, handle guest inquiries, and manage customer needs in a fast-paced, fine dining setting.

Job Responsibilities:
 Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, provide menus, and introduce daily specials.
 Offer personalized service, answering guests' inquiries, and assisting with dietary restrictions and preferences.
 Address any guest complaints or issues swiftly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
 Accurately take and relay orders to kitchen staff and bartenders.
 Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation standards.
 Provide recommendations to guests on menu items, specials, and beverages, focusing on customer satisfaction.
 Set up tables, clean dining areas, and maintain overall cleanliness in the restaurant.
 Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and a well-maintained environment.
 Adhere to company policies regarding uniform, punctuality, and conduct.

Job Requirement:
 Minimum of OND in a relevant field.
 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining.
 Proficient in waiting tables, food service, and customer satisfaction practices.
 Knowledge of food preparation and catering a plus.
 Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 High attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
 Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset.
