As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Meander and Icon by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, increasing brand awareness, and supporting sales efforts through targeted digital, content, and influencer marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creativity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, create, and implement marketing campaigns to promote Meander and Icon’s products, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM), to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling content for website, social media, and email campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Market Research: Analyze consumer trends, competitor activity, and market insights to inform campaign strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Build relationships with influencers and brand partners to amplify brand reach and create buzz around product launches and promotions.
Performance Analytics: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Brand Strategy Support: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand identity and messaging.
