Job Description
We’re hiring a talented and experienced Chef to oversee kitchen operations, prepare high-quality dishes, and inspire a team of culinary professionals. You must be skilled in both local and intercontinental cuisine, with a creative flair and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design and prepare diverse menus that reflect seasonal trends and customer preferences
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure every dish meets quality, taste, and presentation standards
Manage kitchen inventory and place timely orders for supplies
Maintain top-tier hygiene and cleanliness standards
Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
Control kitchen costs and minimize waste
Collaborate with management on special events and menu innovations
Ensure timely and efficient meal delivery during service

Requirements
4–7 years' experience in a professional kitchen (Chef role)
Culinary degree or recognized certification (preferred)
Proven team leadership and management experience
Solid knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations & food hygiene standards
Creativity in food design and presentation
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
