Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Ability to present ideas, proposals, and reports clearly and convincingly.

Strategic Thinking:
Ability to create effective sales plans and account strategies to drive business growth and client retention.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges during client engagements.

Leadership and Teamwork:
Leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts effectively.
If applicable, experience in leading and motivating a team of account managers or sales representatives.
