Tech Project Cordinator

Role Overview:
Tech Project Coordinator role is to support the planning, execution, and delivery of our software development and strategic technology projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of software development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Support the testing phase of software solutions to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Coordinate training and onboarding sessions for users of new software solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to logistics and e-commerce technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in tech-related projects within the logistics or e-commerce sectors.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, JIRA) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for stakeholder management and collaboration.
