Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Van Sales Representatives to promote and sell our products to customers in Lagos. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in FMCG sales, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive company-owned vehicles to designated sales routes in Lagos
- Promote and sell canned fruit juice and energy drinks to existing and potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Monitor and report on competitor activity, customer feedback, and market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenance

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably as a Van Sales Representative
- Valid driver's license
- Strong knowledge of Lagos routes and geography
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Smart and intelligent with a professional demeanor
- Commission on sales target achievement
