The Architect Place seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for managing costs, ensuring that projects are completed within
budget, and maintaining high standards of quality.  
Key Responsibilities:  
1. Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.  
2. Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.  
3. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other documentation.  
4. Track changes to designs and construction work to adjust budget projections.  
5. Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure favourable terms.  
6. Monitor project progress and prepare reports on status and finances.  
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.  
Requirements:  
 Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying.
 Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in the building industry.
 Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.  
 Strong analytical and numerical skills.  
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
 Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
