QAQC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, implement, and manage quality management systems according to company policies, contract specifications, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Perform daily quality inspections, monitor construction activities, and identify potential quality issues.
- Evaluate material quality, conduct regular testing, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including quality manuals, method statements, inspection reports, and test results.
- Work closely with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify potential risks, implement preventive actions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Training and Development: Provide training to project personnel on QA/QC procedures and stay updated on industry best practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 4 -5 years of experience in QA/QC roles in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools, statistical analysis software, and CAD programs.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
