Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
Conceptualize and design graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
Create visually appealing layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging.
Develop multimedia content using tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for videos, animations, or presentations.
Branding & Visual Identity:
Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency in all creative outputs.
Develop and refine brand assets, including logos, typography, and color schemes.
Collaborate on creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and user engagement.
Collaboration & Communication:
Liaise with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into the final designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Quality Assurance & Optimization:
Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are optimized for various media channels.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas into your work.
Perform image editing, retouching, and color correction as needed.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
2+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, digital, and print work.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Experience with video editing or animation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with web design tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design purposes.
Experience in UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of 3D design tools like Adobe Dimension or Blender.
Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) certification is a plus.
