We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Call Centre Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and converting leads into customers. If you have excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.

- Deliver a compelling sales pitch to introduce and promote company products/services.

- Build rapport with potential clients and handle objections effectively.

- Schedule appointments or follow-ups with interested leads.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.

- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine call scripts and improve conversion rates.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call center, telemarketing, or sales role.

- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
