Cybersecurity Trainer/Instructor

Lagos Data School is a learning institute that provides professionals in the public, private and non-profit sector with the required skills in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Machine Learning.


This is a full-time Cyber Security Instructor role. The Cyber Security Instructor will be responsible for teaching and guiding students on matters relating to Cyber Security. You will be an on-site instructor at our Ikeja campus, imparting knowledge in a wide range of Cyber Security topics such as threat detection, analysis, prevention, and response to a variety of audiences.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Cyber Security
Proven track record of education and/or mentoring experience in the field of Cyber Security
Experience with security technologies such as Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Firewall technologies, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), etc.
Knowledge of Cyber Security frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and in teams, with minimal supervision
