Job Title: Telesales Supervisor – Renewable Energy
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
We are hiring an experienced Telesales Supervisor to lead our telesales team in promoting renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will drive product sales, coach agents, monitor KPIs, and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
Requirements:
4–5 years telesales/call center experience, incl. 2+ years in a supervisory role
Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
Experience in renewable energy, telecoms, FMCG, or fintech is an added advantage
