- Manage customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bets
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or potential security threats
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, Bonuses and promotions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management



LOCATION: Lagos State ( Ability to work anywhere around mainland environs,)

(Ability to work on shifts (day/night) 8hr shift, Also working on Sundays and public holidays possible) Applicants will undergo a two weeks training.

Basic salary: 100k
( 100.000 probation period, 120.000 after probation(3 months))
