Welcoming Visitors:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous reception experience.
Front Desk Operations:
Manage front desk duties, including handling calls, directing visitors, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Telephone Handling:
Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
Clerical Duties:
Perform various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing appointment schedules.
Office Support:
Assist with additional office tasks as required, supporting the administrative team in daily operations.
