Collection and Recovery Captain

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Collection and Recovery Captain to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting payments, negotiating payment plans, and recovering outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting daily progress against targets to the Head of collections.

- Working with a collection team to contact debtors and pursue payment.

- Supervise collection agents to recover bad debts from delinquent debtors.

- Daily monitoring of debt portfolio.

- Any other task that may be assigned by the Lead.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in collections and recovery
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday
