Barman/Mixologist

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a diverse range of high-quality cocktails with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and excellence in every drink.
- Develop and maintain a curated menu of signature cocktails, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and creating personalized experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions, events, and special offerings to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a bartender/mixologist in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and create memorable experiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy during busy shift.
