Ensure financial sustainability, profitability, and growth.
5. Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and
staff.
Foster open communication, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
6. Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and
stakeholders.
Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer
engagement.
7. Product Development:
Oversee design, development, production and quality of all Matrix design and
works’ products.
Ensure products meet market trends, customer needs, and quality standards.
8. Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in a senior management role in the furniture and or
manufacturing industry.
Proven record of accomplishment of business growth, leadership, and operational
excellence.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Experience in furniture design, production, and sales preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Candidate with MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
