Job Objective:
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring compliance with regulations, strong governance, and sound financial practices to enhance performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting and financial operations; develop financial strategies aligned with business goals; manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and risk; ensure accurate financial reporting; optimize costs and resources; advise management and the Board on financial performance, opportunities, and funding options; and lead the finance team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional certification required, MBA preferred); 15+ years post-qualification experience with at least 5 years in senior management; strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in financial systems.
