Key Responsibilities:

Content Production and Quality Management:
Maintain and update the content production dashboard using the Content Symphony Platform to track project statuses and timelines.
Implement and follow quality assurance checklists to ensure content consistency, cultural relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.
Review and provide detailed feedback on content (text, audio, and visual) before publication to ensure accuracy and quality.
Monitor content production milestones and ensure accurate reporting of progress.
Track content volume and format (text, audio, visual) against established schedules and objectives.
Analyze content performance metrics to inform future production strategies and improvements.
Task Assignment and Progress Monitoring:
Assign tasks to the content team using the Content Symphony Platform, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Track team progress and log updates on project alignment and communication.
Facilitate regular check-ins to review project statuses, address challenges, and align efforts with overall goals.
Monitor adherence to the content schedule and adjust timelines and resources as needed to accommodate changes.
Collect and incorporate user and team feedback to enhance content quality and effectiveness in achieving learning objectives.
Cultural and Linguistic Content Evaluation:
Review and edit content in Igbo or Yoruba, ensuring linguistic correctness and cultural appropriateness.
Evaluate media content (images and videos) for relevance and alignment with linguistic and cultural expectations.
Verify audio content for accuracy, clarity, and proper pronunciation.
Create audio samples with correct pronunciations for educational purposes, ensuring high-quality language resources.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Language Analysis, or a related field.
Proven experience in content management, project management, or a related role.
Familiarity with content production platforms, preferably Content Symphony.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with quality assurance processes in content production is a plus.
Native proficiency in Igbo, Yoruba is required.
