Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Girl to join our team at Dignity Exodus Nig Ltd. You will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining the presentation of the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and acknowledge their presence in the store.
- Assist customers in product selection and provide information about features and benefits.
- Demonstrate products and provide accurate information regarding pricing, promotions, and store policies.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team targets.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and checking merchandise deliveries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications:

- OND or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
